Square bags, round bags, long bags and oversized bags. We have them all… even lost bags.

For domestic flights, there are three baggage belts in the arrivals area where you will find the bag you came with. For our international travelers, you can find your bags on the baggage belts in the customs areas.

For all lost bags, please contact your airline representatives.

We believe that accessibility is of the utmost importance for all of our guests and we are continually working to make our services better. Our facility currently offers:

  • Unisex/family washrooms;
  • Barrier-free entry/exit washrooms;
  • Availability of wheelchairs for guest use;
  • Wheelchair accessible ramps and elevators;
  • Flight information monitors that are located throughout the Airport.

The Airport information booth is located smack-dab in the middle of our pre-security terminal with staff that are happy to help from 4:00 am – 12:00 am. The information booth is also home to, well, information. Visit the booth to find details on tourism, community attractions and accommodations.

If you dropped it, we might have it. Items found in or around the terminal are turned into the information booth. Items can be claimed 24/7 by calling Airport Information at 306.975.8900.

For lost baggage or items left on-board an aircraft, please contact your airline directly.

Money, money, money, money!

The International Currency Exchange (ICE) is located in the terminal, pre-security with operating hours of 4:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday - Saturday, and 4:00 am-7:00 am and 9:00 am - 3:00 pm on Sunday. Try the ‘Click & Collect’ service available online at

The Saskatoon Airport has two ATM’s on site. One located pre-security beside the information booth in the middle of the terminal. And one located post-security between gates five and six.

Not to be pronounced ‘whu-fie’. Complimentary WI-FI is provided by the Saskatoon Airport, offering a Shaw WI-FI hotspot. This means that our guests can log onto the internet at high-speed from anywhere at in the Airport – free of charge.

In a city where volunteerism runs rampant, our Airport Ambassadors are the best-of-the-best. Always armed with a friendly smile (and usually candy!), they are able to answer your questions, help you find where you need to be, and offer assistance.

If you would like to become an Airport Ambassador our Airport Ambassador Coordinator, Gloria Suchar will be happy to accept your applications and chat about how you can get involved with the program. You can print your application here.

Although we limit regular parking in front of the terminal we are able to make arrangements for your special event. Special event parking will only be granted with prior arrangements made through the Saskatoon Airport. For more information, please contact us at 306.975.4108.
