Skyxe Saskatoon Airport (Skyxe) is pleased to release its Airport Master Plan which provides high-level and long term development plans that reach out to 2040. The Airport Master Plan incorporates Skyxe’s corporate vision and forecasted growth to deliver a general infrastructure capacity strategy.
Skyxe’s Airport Master Plan process, which began in March of 2017, included a variety of community consultations, stakeholder surveys and stakeholder meetings. Feedback from the discovery sessions provided focus for the plan and was incorporated throughout.
“The Airport Master Plan provides a high-level document that can be referenced to prioritize airport capital projects to ensure the best long term value to the airport is achieved,” says Stephen Maybury, President and CEO of Saskatoon Airport Authority. “Our Airport Master Plan has provided us with valued feedback from our community, partners and stakeholders that is essential to meet our vision to be Canada’s most valued airport experience.”
